It's All About You: Helping Members Succeed
ACA has achieved monumental greatness on behalf of its members.
Here's a snapshot of the association's recent accomplishments.

W

hen the ACA International
Board of Directors began
searching for a new CEO to
lead the association into its 80th year
and beyond, industry veteran Mark Neeb
emerged as the top candidate for the
high-profile position. Neeb hit the ground
running in early 2018 as the leader of
this valuable association and industry,
which is poised for continued growth
due to technology, economics and policy
issues. Neeb hired well-known industry
professionals to help guide the association
and work alongside ACA's outstanding
staff already in place. Here's a look at some
of the new, albeit somewhat recognizable,
staff we've added in the last year:
* Leah Dempsey -Vice President and
Senior Counsel, Federal Advocacy
* Issa Moe - General Counsel and
Vice President, Legal
* Samuel Melby - Marketing Specialist
* Andrew Pavlik - Compliance Analyst
* Tammy Schoenberg - Director,
Member and Association Services
* Kelly Sieberg - Member
Services Specialist
* Ted Smith - Vice President, Operations
* Harry Strausser III - Director,
Education and Membership
Development
* Mary Thao - Director, Meetings
and Events
* Kelsey Voorhees - Education Specialist
With a full staff of outstanding leaders,
Neeb and the team forged a course under
the mantra: "Helping Members Succeed."
This positive, member-centric stance
is woven throughout ACA's updated
strategic plan, designed to align the
association's vision, mission, values and
goals. Developing the plan was a thoughtful
process spearheaded by ACA's Board of
Directors, in particular its treasurer, G.
Scott Purcell.

here's a look a few high points:
* Vision - ACA is the recognized
thought leader, indispensable resource

through education, advocacy and
resources designed to help
members succeed.
* Values - The core values of the
association include servant leadership,
integrity, advocacy, innovation and
diversity.
