ACA Launches New Focus
on Member Experience
he only reason ACA International exists is to serve the needs of its members. With
that in mind, ACA recently renamed its Customer Care Center as Member Services.
This is more than just a semantics change-it represents ACA's renewed focus on
making members the center of everything we do.
The rebranding of Member Services is just part of an overall initiative we are calling Member
Experience. We are committed to delighting members with every interaction-starting when
you make a phone call, send an email, visit the ACA website or attend a seminar or event.
Vice President of Member Experience Jessica Hartmann and her team, including Director of
Member Services Deb Kildahl, CAE, work tirelessly to ensure you find value in your member
relationship and investment in ACA.
Our team of professionals in education and events planning, operations, unit services, judicial
and regulatory advocacy, communications, marketing and more are all connected by our Member
Services team to help you succeed through the best resources and assistance we can provide.
CEO Mark Neeb has worked in the field as a collection agency owner and brings that
expertise to you and our top-notch team to guarantee we have the information and resources
you need. Vice President of Operations Ted Smith, CAE, is on board with over 30 years of
experience with the association and members across the U.S. and around the world.
ACA's education, events and marketing teams are currently planning ACA's Fall Forum and
Expo in Chicago, complete with exclusive educational tracks, opportunities to network with
your fellow members, a robust expo hall and much more.
And Vice President and Senior Counsel of Federal Advocacy Leah Dempsey,
Vice President of Government and State Affairs Andrew Madden, Vice President of
Communications Kim Coghill, Vice President of Congressional and Political Affairs Rae
Ann Bevington, and Director of Research Josh Adams, Ph.D., are hard at work in our
nation's capital and across the country advocating for our members.
