members of Midstate Collections and they
are all just as dedicated to the work that I
do as I am. Whether they've read the book
or not, they know it inside out because
they are around me all the time.
I've been on over 100 podcasts
promoting the book, some big-name
shows, and these hosts are fascinated
by the concepts I'm talking about with
debt collection. Sometimes they are so
fascinated by it that it's hard for me to talk

it was from a debtor who was thanking us.
She said, "I wish all debt collectors were
like you guys." It was really powerful.
That's how much this approach affects
people. You leave people with a feeling

them feel good or bad. She was treated
with dignity and respect, and she felt
