How to build a more effective
and enthusiastic team.

eam management is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. It's highly individual and
specific, and requires quite a bit of forethought. For instance, before you draft a plan
for your team as a whole, you'll likely want to do some introspection. What's your
leadership style? What's working with your current team and what isn't?
"Maybe you are trying to manage everyone the same way," said Carletta Clyatt, senior vice
president of The Omnia Group. "That is probably really effective with some people but you
might be missing the mark with others. Once you master the art of knowing how to modify
your approach with the individuals you manage, you will be more effective across the board."
At ACA International's 2017 Annual Convention and Expo, Clyatt dug into the nitty-gritty
