Hanson has been awarded ACA's Kurt
Swersky Leadership Award, Member of
the Year Award and Charles F. Lindemann
Instructor of the Year Award.
She also chaired ACA's PPMS Committee,
R&D Committee and Education Council, and
served on a number of committees, including
the Ethics Committee and Medical Debt
Task Force. She has been actively involved
with ACA on the local level, having served as
president of the former Wisconsin Unit.

BILL HOPKINSON
Bill Hopkinson, CCAE, IFCCE, is president
and CEO of Valley Credit Service Inc.
in Charlottesville, Va. VCS is the oldest
receivables management and collection
firm in Virginia and is a fourth-generation
family-owned company. It has earned
ACA's Professional Practices Management
System certification.
Hopkinson was elected to ACA's Board of
Directors in 2012 and reelected in 2015.
A longtime ACA member, Hopkinson has
worked on many association committees,
including the Audit Committee and Industry
Defense Task Force, and served a term as
chair of ACA's Education Committee. He
has also held several positions on the board
of the Virginia Collectors Association,
including president.
Hopkinson earned ACA's International
Fellowship of Certified Collection
Executives, Scholar, Fellow and Professional
Collection Specialist designations. He also
earned ACA's Certified Collection Agency
Executive designation.
In 2012, he received the Kurt Swersky
Leadership Award for his commitment to the
credit and collection industry. In 2016, he was
honored with ACA's Warren Siem Award.

Hopkinson earned Medical-DentalHospital Business Associates' Certified
Professional Business Executive designation
and, under his leadership, VCS was
honored with the Pinnacle Award, which is
presented to members who have received
recognition from their clients for their
commitment to providing the best in
quality service.

KEITH KETTELKAMP
Keith Kettelkamp is president and CEO of
Remex in Princeton, N.J., which he founded
in 1983. He currently serves as immediate
past president of ACA.
He graduated from Rutgers University
in New Brunswick, N.J., with a bachelor's
degree and began his career working with
GC Services Corp. in Los Angeles, helping
to pioneer the on-site outsourcing of
hospital revenue cycle components. Later
he accepted a position with the company
in New York City, servicing major credit
card issuers, local and regional utilities
and government entities. This career move
allowed him to return to the East Coast
and ultimately start his own agency.
Kettelkamp has been a part of both the
former and current structure of the ACA
Board of Directors. In addition, he served
on several association committees over the
years, including the ACA Board of Review
and Audit committees, and he chaired the
ACA/HFMA Task Force subgroup. He also
served as director of the ACA Joint Board
of For-Profit Entities.
He volunteers his time to the board of
the New Jersey Association of Collection
Agencies and has served two terms as unit
president. Kettelkamp also earned ACA's
Fellow and Scholar designations.

PAMELA KIRCHNER
Pamela Kirchner, CEO and owner of
BCA Financial Services in Miami, has
been employed in the accounts receivable
management industry for 39 years.
Kirchner has been an enthusiastic
ACA supporter throughout her career.
She served on the ACA/HFMA task force
assembled to develop consensus practices
to bring clarity, fairness and consistency
to medical account resolution; served on
ACA's Council of Delegates and numerous
ACA committees; advocates on behalf of
our industry on Capitol Hill; participates
in ACA's Committee of 100; and has
earned an ACA Fellow and Scholar
designation. Most recently, she chaired
ACA's Education Subcommittee. She is a
frequent speaker at ACA events and has
written numerous articles on the most
impactful topics of our industry.
She currently chairs ACA's Audit
Committee and has served a term as
president of her local unit, the Florida
Collectors Association.
Kirchner was recognized for five
consecutive years as one of the top 50 female
executives in Florida by the Commonwealth
Institute of South Florida. She is a founder
of Mount Sinai Medical Center and an active
member of the Young President's Club of the
Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation,
the American Association of Healthcare
Administrative Management and HFMA.

ERIC D. MOCK
Eric D. Mock is a third-generation collector
and president of Medical Business Bureau
LLC in Park Ridge, Ill.
After graduating from the University of
Kansas in Lawrence, Kan., in 1991, he joined
