Frost-Arnett Wins 2017 BBB Torch
Award for Ethical Commerce
CA International member company Frost-Arnett recently received a 2017 Torch
Award for Ethical Commerce from the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee.
"The grounding principle that has driven Frost-Arnett since its inception is our
desire to operate in an ethical and moral manner-always choosing the hard right over the easy
wrong," said Paul Sachtleben, president of Frost-Arnett. "I'm comfortable saying that it is our
most important value and our extended success would not have been possible without each
generation of dedicated employees carrying that forward."
Established in 1998, the BBB Torch Awards for Ethical Commerce spotlight companies in
middle Tennessee that exemplify the BBB's mission of ethical business practices, according to
the news release.
"The BBB Torch Awards program is a rigorous entry for any business participating in the
nomination process," said Courtney McGee, chair of the Torch Awards Committee. "This is
not a popularity contest. Each nominee was required to submit an entry responding to and
providing supporting documentation to four business performance criteria that build trust
with employees, customers and vendors in the marketplace."
Frost-Arnett received the recognition at a celebration attended by employees, business
partners and customers, hosted by the BBB at the company's office
"Presenting the Torch Award to each recipient at their place of business celebrates the vital role
employees have in fostering a culture of ethical business principles," said Kathleen Calligan, CEO
of the BBB Middle Tennessee. "Trust is the golden currency that creates customer loyalty, sustains
business success and raises the standards for commerce in Middle Tennessee."
